What materials do you use?

My pieces are primarily made from natural stones and copper wire. Details about the specific stone, dimensions and chain are included in each product description.

Will copper change over time?

Copper naturally develops a darker patina and may change with wear, moisture and skin chemistry.

Can copper leave marks on the skin?

Depending on your individual skin chemistry, copper may leave a temporary greenish mark. This is a natural reaction and can normally be washed off easily.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your piece looking its best, try to keep it away from water, perfume and lotions. Take it off before showering, swimming or sleeping, and store it somewhere dry when you’re not wearing

Do you offer repairs?

Of course. If anything happens to your piece, just send me a photo and we’ll find a solution. Depending on how long you’ve had it and what needs to be repaired, I may be able to fix it for free. You would only need to cover the shipping.

Is tracking included?

Shipping within Switzerland includes tracking.

Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a return. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Custom-made and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery times are approximately 2–4 business days within Switzerland
